Services
Phase Plates and Masks
Use phase plates or masks for beam shaping or wavefront engineering. They can collimate or stretch beams for laser cutting/welding or enhance contrast and resolution in microscopy. This is our specialty.
Lens Arrays
Micro lens arrays (MLAs) can be used for creating diffuse light or imaging. We can currently make lenslets as small as about 0.75mm with a spherical, aspherical or freeform shape. Any lens(es) in the array can be shaped differently from the others.
Lenses | Spheres, Aspheres, and Freeforms
Ubiquitous lenses used in everything from compact cameras to laser scalpels to lighting. Diameters can be 0.75mm - 25mm. Many small lenses can be machined within a 25mm diameter at an affordable price. Lens separation >2mm. Lens(es) can be laser cut to a custom shape. We excel at freeforms!

Mirrored surfaces. Currently available with a fused silica substrate. Zerodur substrates coming soon.
